    Team leads are shared among the team based on best fit, and team members are responsible for taking them from consultation to closing and beyond.

Here is what we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in residential real estate

  • Strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills (you love making a list and checking it twice!)

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder: in person, on the phone, and over email

  • Operates with the highest level of integrity and honesty

  • Extremely tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
