CLASSES FOR BUYERS, SELLERS & EVERYONE IN BETWEEN

We started teaching our signature first-time homebuyer class, So You Want to Buy a Condo, in 2015. It’s our most-attended offering, with 5,000 guests and counting. Since then, we’ve added So You Want to Sell a Condo, So You Want to Move to the Suburbs, and more.

Over the years, we’ve brought our signature homebuyer class to corporate offices (like Deloitte, GrubHub, and Uber), social groups (like Chicago Girls Who Walk), and the public (at fun locations across the city, like Anthropologie, Batik, and Tuco & Blondie).

    We were thrilled to partner with local social group Chicago Girls Who Walk to teach a private class to their members.

  • Dom's Kitchen + Market

    We’re big fans of Dom’s (a coffee shop & wine bar in a grocery store? Count us in!) & we’ve had the pleasure of teaching here 2x!

  • Anthropologie

    Teaching at the iconic Chicago Ave location was a total dream. We had a blast collaborating with Anthropologie Home to bring this event to life!

  • WeWork

    WeWork is where SYWTBAC got its traction! We’ve taught many classes at the many WeWork locations around the city.

  • Batik

    Batik is a coastal-inspired boutique located in Southport Corridor. We had an absolute blast teaching in this beautiful space!
